REGISTER TO ENSINOGEO / GEOSCIED 2018

Registrations to the Congress can be made through, as of now, only at the event.

GROUP REGISTRATIONS

A 20% discount will be applied, under request, for groups of at least five (5) people

In order to acquire this 20% discount, we request sending a complete list with the participants’ info for registration (full name, e-mail and phone number). This list need to be sent by the group’s representative to MCI BRASIL, so the registration process can start and the discount code sent.

Included on the registration fee: Access to the lectures, workshops, In Conference Field trips and delegate material (that includes the final program, notepad and a pen). The lunch is not included on the registration fee.

Accompanying persons:

We would like to inform the the participants that the accompanying persons will be welcome to the event. They may have access to the Opening Cocktail, Exhibition and Poster Sessions (GEO Together Session). The access to lectures is EXCLUSIVE to the registered members. If it is of interest, accompanying persons may participate in the workshops and technical visits offered by the event, only with registration payment.

Step by step for Registration in English

1) Go to: https://www.eventbrite.com.br/e/viii-geoscied-viii-ensinogeo-registration- 38125176429

2) Select the category in which you want to register (you can only register 1 person at a time)

* The prices are in Brazilian currency (R$), but on your credit card bill, they will be converted to your local currency.

3) Click the green button “Inscreva-se”;

All fields marked with red asterisks (*) are required

4) On the next page, fill in the fields (INFORMAÇÕES DO COMPRADOR) with your personal data, to create an account in the website:

  • NOME > NAME
  • SOBRENOME > LAST NAME
  • ENDEREÇO DE E-MAIL > E-MAIL ADDRESS
  • CONFIRMAR ENDEREÇO DE E -MAIL > CONFIRME YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS

5) Then, on “PAGAMENTO”, fill in with your payment information:

  • MÉTODO DE PAGAMENTO > PAYMENT METHOD: SELECT CREDIT CARD
  • CARTÃO> CREDIT CARD: SELECT VISA or MASTERCARD
  • NÚMERO DO CARTÃO> CARD NUMBER
  • DATA DE VALIDADE> EXPIRATION DATE: MÊS>MONTH and ANO>YEAR
  • CSC>SECURITY CODE
  • PARCELAS>PLOTS: SELECT “1”

* Your credit card information will not be stored on Eventbrite site servers

6) Then, on “INFORMAÇÕES DE COBRANÇA”, fill in the billing information:

  • PAÍS> COUNTRY
  • ENDEREÇO>ADDRESS
  • COMPLEMENTO-BAIRRO> DISTRICT OR ADDRESS COMPLEMENT
  • CIDADE> CITY
  • ESTADO> STATE
  • CEP> ZIP CODE

7) In the next field, “Inscrição 1 – Participantes /Conference Delegates”, fill in with the information of the participant who will be registered:

  • NOME> NAME
  • SOBRENOME > LAST NAME
  • ENDEREÇO DE E-MAIL> E-MAIL ADDRESS
  • CELULAR> PHONE NUMBER

8) On “DADOS PROFISSIONAIS”, fill in the fields with your professional data:

  • CARGO> POSITION
  • EMPRESA/ORGANIZAÇÃO> COMPANY/ORGANIZATION

9) On “OUTRAS INFORMAÇÕES” fill in the supplementary information fields:

  • SEXO> GENDER
  • CIDADE> CITY

10) Click “PAGAR AGORA” to finalize the payment for your registration;

11) After completing all the previous steps, check in your inbox if you received the confirmation email, informing the number of your request and the data of your registration;

12) After the payment confirmation, you will receive an email informing you that your registration has been successfully completed;

13) Now, wait for the day of the event, and enjoy!

Payment can be done thought credit card. For other forms of payment, please contact the Executive Secretariat by inscricoes@mci-group.com .

Documentation

For registrations in the GRADUATE STUDENT / POST GRADUATION STUDENT, the participant needs to send the proof of student validated by the educational institution to the e-mail inscricoes@mci-group.com .

For registrations in the PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS category, it is necessary to send the proof of the professional’s relationship with the educational institution through the email inscricoes@mci-group.com .

 

Cancellation and Refund

In case of withdrawal of registration at the congress, the delegate needs to request the cancellation of the registration to the Executive Secretariat, by the e-mail inscricoes@mci-group.com – subject: Cancellation of Registration EnsinoGeo / Geoscied 2018.

Requests with up to 30 days prior to the event (06/22/2018) will have a refund of 70% of the amount actually paid. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. The estimated deadline for refunds is up to 30 days after the event.

Only the delegate himself may request the refund of the registration fee. The refund will be made directly to a bank checking account of the delegate. For replacement of participants, consult the executive secretariat.
