We call it Foresight and Beyond because the content adds prioritization and decision support techniques applied to Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) activities. An agricultural engineer with a master&#039;s degree in Agricultural Sciences and a doctorate in Economics, he works in the areas of economics, planning and management of science, technology and innovation, with emphasis on prospective studies, policy evaluation and decision support. He was superintendent of FINEP, director of FCA and IG\/Unicamp, visiting researcher at the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research and deputy coordinator of evaluation at FAPESP.
