A qualidade dos resultados gerados no laborat\u00f3rio \u00e9 garantida pelo uso de procedimentos operacionais padr\u00f5es (POP&#8217;s) e medidas de controle de qualidade que permitem a demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o da acur\u00e1cia dos dados.
