CIBELE AGUIAR

PhD Candidate in the Scientific and Technological Policy Program, at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). Master´s degree in Administration at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), with emphasis on Management and Dynamics of Productive Chains (2011) and focus on communication in the triple helix. Graduated in Social Communication – Journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (1997) and Specialist in Strategic Marketing Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (2000). Worked as a journalist for the Brazilian Consortium for Coffee Research and Development (CBP&D/Café) from 2005 to 2011, under the coordination of Embrapa Café and as content manager for the Coffee Excellence Hub’s blog, hosted at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), from 2009 to 2011. Employed as a full-time journalist at UFLA since 2011, undertaking roles such as general press coordinator, institutional representative in the Minas Gerais Network of Science Communication, and overseer of the establishment of the Scientific Communication Unit at the university with support from Fapemig. From March 2017 to March 2019, worked at the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP – Campinas), in a technical collaboration agreement to assess the experience of the Educational Technological Complex. Expertise in the field of Communication, particularly in Strategic Planning, Science Journalism, Public Communication of Science and Technology (PCST), as well as prospection and evaluation methods.
