Fatima Sandra Marques Hollanda

Has been working in the field of Science, Technology, and Innovation since 1985. She began her professional career at the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development – CNPq, where she was part of the research team at its Center for Studies in Science and Technology Policy (1987-1990). In the Federal Government, she worked for many years in the areas of planning and evaluation of STI, holding positions such as General Coordinator of Programs (1999-2001) and Chief of the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisory at the Ministry of Science and Technology (2002-2003). She participated in the structuring process of the Brazilian Company for Research and Industrial Innovation – EMBRAPII, as Director’s Advisor (2014-2015), and in the formulation of the operational and financing model for the Sirius Accelerator (2016-2019). Since 2019, she has been working as a researcher, conducting studies within the scope of the Science, Technology, and Innovation Indicators Projects for the State of São Paulo and the Research on Research Indicators, Methods, and Evidence of Impacts. She holds a PhD in Economics from the State University of Campinas (2010) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Brasília (1981).
