FERNANDO A. BASILE COLUGNATI

Graduated in Statistics from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP, 1994), and master’s degree in Statistics from UNICAMP (2001). Ph.D. in Sciences from UNIFESP (2005). Associate Professor in the Department of Internship at FM/UFJF (2013) and supervisor in the Graduate Program in Health (UFJF). His primary research focus is on Health Technology Assessment (HTA), with focus on computational technologies. Expertise in Probability and Statistics, with an emphasis on Biostatistics, working primarily in areas such as correspondence analysis, multivariate analysis, generalized linear models, and Markovian models with applications in epidemiology. He have also worked as an Associate Researcher at the Institute of Research in Technology and Innovation (IPTI), applying probabilistic methods in Decision Support Systems (Bayesian Networks) and Stochastic Models for Social Network Analysis. Researcher in GEOPI – UNICAMP in the area of evaluation of results and impacts in ST&I programs, where he conducted a postdoctoral research and participated in the evaluation of programs such as the Informatics Law (MCT) and research funding programs of FAPESP, such as the Undergraduate Scientific Initiation (IC) Scholarships program.
