PhD candidate in Science and Technology Policy (DPCT/Unicamp) and Master’s in Scientific and Cultural Communication at the Laboratory of Advanced Studies in Journalism of the State University of Campinas (Labjor/UNICAMP), researching the strategic use of evidence and spokespeople from scientific consensus to legitimize vaccine misinformation. Research assistant (FAPESP TT-3 grantee) in the VOICES project – Value of Openness, Inclusion, Communication and Engagement for Science in a Post-Pandemic World. Journalism graduate from UNESP-Bauru with a Specialization in Science Journalism from Labjor. Member of the Research Group “CIRIS – Governance, Risk and Communication.” Former FAPESP “Science Media” fellow at the UN Refugee Chair at Unicamp (2020-2021), producing reports on Social Sciences and Humanities research related to migration and refuge for the general public. During this same period, contributed to the production of 4 episodes of the podcast “Refuge in Focus” by the UN Refugee Agency in Brazil (UNHCR).
