Arc-SDM: Spatial Data Modeller for ArcView and Spatial Analyst

Arc-SDM (Spatial Data Modeller for Arcview) is now publicly available.

This package is similar in concept to Arc-WofE but besides weights of evidence provides tools for logistic regression, fuzzy logic and neural network analysis. The ultimate aim of all these methods is to combine two or more evidential themes to generate a response theme. In the situation of mineral exploration the response theme is a map that predicts favourability for mineral deposits of a particular type, defined either by a set of training points, or by a mineral exploration expert.
