Adriana Bin

Coordination

She holds a bachelor´s degree in Food Engineering from the University of Campinas (2000), a master’s (2004) and doctorate degree (2008) in Science and Technology Policy from the same University, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research (MIoIR) at the University of Manchester. She is currently Assistant Professor at the School of Applied Sciences of the University of Campinas (FCA/UNICAMP) in the area of business, affiliated in the Graduate Program in Administration (PPGA) and the Graduate Program in Science and Technology Policy (PPG-PCT), and associate coordinator of the Laboratory of Studies on the Organization of Research and Innovation (Lab-GEOPI). Her research interests are in planning and management, evaluation, and future studies in science, technology, and innovation.

Sergio Salles Filho

Coordination

Agronomic Engineer graduated from UFRRJ (1981), Master in Agricultural Sciences from Unesp of Botucatu (1985) with emphasis on Energy Applied to Agriculture and PhD inEconomics from Unicamp (1993). He is Professor of the Department of Scientific and Technological Policy of the Institute of Geosciences at Unicamp. He was Superintendent of Operational Planning at FINEP in the period 2001-2003, Director of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Unicamp from 2010 to 2013 and Director of the Institute of Geosciences of the same university between 2017 and 2021. He was Visiting Researcher at the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research between 2013 and 2014. At Unicamp stands out as a three-time winner of the Zeferino Vaz Award (1998, 2001 and 2009), in recognition for his academic performance. He was deputy coordinator of evaluation of FAPESP between 2010 and 2020. His research lines are economics, planning and management of science, technology and innovation.

Ana Maria Carneiro

Coordination

PhD in Science and Technology Policy from the State University of Campinas – Unicamp (2007), Master in Sociology from Unicamp (2000) and Bachelor in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Goiás (1997). She holds a post-doctoral degree in Evaluation in CT&I from Unicamp and in Higher Education from the Center for Studies in Higher Education, University of California, Berkeley. She is currently a researcher at the Center for Public Policy Studies (NEPP/Unicamp), a participating professor in the Graduate Program in Science and Technology Policy (DPCT/IG/Unicamp), an advisor at the General Coordination of Unicamp for Institutional Evaluation, Coordinator of the Laboratory for Higher Education Studies (LEES/NEPP) and Associate Coordinator of the Study Group on Research and Innovation Organization (GEOPI/DPCT/IG/Unicamp). Develops research in evaluation, higher education, Brazilian diaspora of ST&I.
