Payment options

Payment can be done thought credit card. For other forms of payment, please contact the Executive Secretariat by .


For registrations in the GRADUATE STUDENT / POST GRADUATION STUDENT, the participant needs to send the proof of student validated by the educational institution to the e-mail .

For registrations in the PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS category, it is necessary to send the proof of the professional’s relationship with the educational institution through the email .


Cancellation and Refund

In case of withdrawal of registration at the congress, the delegate needs to request the cancellation of the registration to the Executive Secretariat, by the e-mail  – subject: Cancellation of Registration EnsinoGeo / Geoscied 2018.

Requests with up to 30 days prior to the event (06/22/2018) will have a refund of 70% of the amount actually paid. No refund requests will be accepted after this date.

Only the delegate himself may request the refund of the registration fee. The refund will be made directly to a bank checking account of the delegate. For replacement of participants, consult the executive secretariat.
